('IDTA') for background and information purposes only. IDTA does not

agents) from and against any and all claims and damages

breach of any provision of these terms and/or any
intentional wrongdoing by you.
Exclusion
The terms of this Disclaimer are subject to any
terms and conditions that cannot be excluded by law,
including without limitation, those implied by the
Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth). In the event that
IDTA is liable for any damages arising out of the use
(or inability to use) the Discover Injune Site,
liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by
the law.

- IDTA retains copyright in relation to the design features, selection, arrangement and presentation of www.discoverinjune.com.au (the 'Site') and all material posted on the Site and which IDTA is the copyright owner of;
- IDTA does not own copyright in relation to third party material accessed by hyper-links from the Site;
- Material contained on the Site should not be reproduced, adapted, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted, whether in electronic or hard copy form, without the prior written express authority of IDTA, except to the extent that such copying is permitted under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) as fair dealing for the purposes of private study, research, criticism or review or for personal, non-commercial use only;
